convenient location, friendly staff, the residence is a bit old, but spacious. the TV works fine, lots of closet space. the water in the tub was rusty/red. housekeeping was friendly, but not too thorough

Loved every bit of our stay here! The luxurious hotel, the musicians playing through the day, the endless breakfast and the lovely rooms.

This is new apartment nearby MRT Taman Suntex, room very cleanning and can sleep 4 person per room, there are two toilets available also, also have swimming pool and gym room on the 8th floor. The homeowner also very nice man, last day he still send us to the bus terminal. Thank you very much

The breakfast range can improve vastly. The options were very limited. Apart from this, i do not have any complaints about Ascott. It was awesome.

the experience is not really good. first day when we checked in, the bathtub however was leaking. request for a room change however told that the apartment was fully booked. when asked for extra towel due to leakage, did not bring any towel instead giving 101 excuses. they have iron but no iron board. ...

Overall good value hotel with excellent breakfast but let down by extremely poor wi fi.
