Great space. Convenient location. Good range of facilities.

Apartments were amazing, all you could need. Roof Top pool was amazing, breakfast was basic. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is very very clean and comfortable. It's located in the centre of KL, close to all the main attractions. The suite I was in had amazing views of the KL skyline. The infinity pool was brilliant. The only down point is the staff who can sometimes be unhelpful and unhospitable.

This is the second time i stayed wiith the hotel. Reason...its because of its location and not to mention it's service and staffs are all wonderful. Room are big with all required amenities. Felt like I was staying in my own flat. This hotel is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of KL. Walking distance to major attraction, shopping mall. Close to monorail, lrt statio as well as the famoues Jalan Alor. Definitely will be no 1 choice . Thank you for making my stay a great one.,...

Across the road from KL Twin Towers and easy access to taxis. Good room facilities, kitchen utensils and also ironing. Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel. Lovely view from pool of KL 360 tower and also KL Twin Towers. Buffet breakfast was limited. We didn't have time to have lunch or dinner there. Airport shuttle bus fare is expensive (double in comparison to Uber fare) Spa was great, however our appointment was rescheduled on 3 occasions.

We had a very good experience staying at PNB for 4 nights. We stayed on the 20th floor with amazing views from our room. The room had a kitchenette and a living room making it very spacious. The hotel has 2 restaurants both of which were halal certified, that we tried and both has very nice food and service from staff. Has a variety of buffet breakfast options. Very clean and welcoming. Location is ideal - which is about 15min walk away from Petrona Towers and a few minutes away from Ampang...

We tried to get hold of hotel for weeks n number wouldn’t go and no response from hotel via email or msg via hotel.com Very bad at communicating but hotel was very good clean

Arrived at the venue around 10.30am. Although as per hotel policy checkin time was 3pm, the reservations desk was kind enough to oblige us with an early checkin free of charge and without any hassles or attitude. We were provided Room#2175 on the 17th floor in Tower 2. A spacious 2BHK apt true to every detail listed on their website on amenities and decor. The apt has a full amenities kitchenette with cutlery,basic white good electronics like toaster, coffee maker, induction stove, microwave...

Amazing place. The flat is very clean and well-equipped, including a washing/drying machine. Less than 5m from the mesmerising KLCC park and the Petronas Towers. The customer service is impressive. I landed very late, and they were waiting for me. I also left my luggage till late evening, and they were extremely accommodating.

The room quite goods, but kitchen without kitchen equipment, how to cook? I spend more money to stay and I have to buy extra item to cooking. This is not the good to customer.

Excellent locafion, remeber to be on 12th floor or higher for noise from bars, pool has no sun after noon

Dorsett Residences is at another building right next to the hotel. It's a 30-story condo with some rooms for hotel. The condo is still on sale that you can see sales agent showing it to their clients. It's a new and fancy condo, which should be very top in KL. There is an outdoor pool and gym at rooftop, where has fantastic view of the city including the patreon twin towers.
