"Incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were lovely and helpful. Amazing central location and we had a fantastic scenic view of the Petronas towers! The room was spacious. The pool area was also lovely with an amazing view and the gym had a variety of equipment with the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and hot tub! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting KL! "

"Back in KL after 5 years and it was even better than we remember it… especially the set up and service from the staff at the Shangri-La. From the very moment we walked in and all through our stay the staff were brilliant, especially towards our kids who absolutely loved every moment.
