"The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really! "

However the lobby area is exceptional. And makes up for everything. Great service as well. Hospitality gets top marks!"

"The staff really make this hotel great! All the staff are wonderful including the conigrees (who arranged taxis, tours, luggage collection and delivery to the rooms), the door staff, receptionists, cleaners, waitress and waiters. They are amazing as they are all polite, friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are nice and spacious but they do need a deep clean in corners and around the edges of the room and there were a few stains on the carpet.
