Love the room, facilities, location, pool, lobby, service etc. Everything was superb!

The staff were very helpful. I lost my bag in a grab car and they continuoulsy assisted me . After i checked out my bag was returned. Staff immediately contacted me in singapore and making arrangements to courier my bag. Im greatly thankful for their help. ❤️

I love the spacious room & kitchenette. The toilet is huge too. The pool is fun for my kids. The breakfast is ok too, not a wide selection but enough. My husband loved the balcony in the room. The only issue I have is the cleanliness of the room. The floor is dusty and the towels are stained.

It is centrally located, walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion. Renovation is on going meaning it will be very irritating if u happens to be in the hotel room. But most disappointing is their buffet spread....one word. Pathetic.
