Been here many times over the past several years. Have watched it go from an excellent establishment degrade to merely a good one. The problem lies within the lack of passion within the staff; they are efficient yet unenthusiastic. Strengths remain, large bright rooms, great food, nice pool
It is centrally located, walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion. Renovation is on going meaning it will be very irritating if u happens to be in the hotel room. But most disappointing is their buffet spread....one word. Pathetic.
I have a good stay in Aloft. above expectation

Kuala Lumpur, called KL by the locals, is the capital and largest city in Malaysia. It has grown from a sleepy Chinese mining town 150 years ago to a booming metropolis of 6.5 million people and a true melting pot of cultures. This dynamic city has so much to offer travellers with some of the world’s cheapest five-star hotels, expansive shopping, and a wide variety of food. Families travelling to Kuala Lumpur can take advantage of all it has to offer.
The most iconic structures in KL are the stunning Petronas Towers. These famous towers are breath-taking during the day and even more so at night and can be easily accessed by guests who are staying in any of the over one hundred family friendly hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Impiana KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre) is one of many family resorts within walking distance of the towers, surrounding shopping outlets, Aquaria KLCC, and many restaurant options. Children 12 years and younger stay free here and babysitting is available.
Families can choose to stay in the heart of KL Sentral and close to attractions like KL Bird Park, Petaling Street, and the Little India Brickfields. Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral Hotel is a great four-star option that allows visitors to stay close to these and many more attractions, plus have the convenience of public transport nearby. The staff at many of the family resorts can also arrange day trips to the Batu Caves, a jungle canopy walk, or any other nearby adventures families would like to go on.
No matter where visitors choose to stay, family friendly hotels in Kuala Lumpur offer high quality amenities and excellent service. Outdoor swimming pools and kids’ pools, fitness centres, spas, kids’ clubs, family rooms, and complimentary breakfast are just a few of the amenities that help make a stress-free stay for everyone. Guest rooms are just as comfortable with spacious beds, free Wi-fi, air-conditioning, in-room films, room service, and bath tubs to make every room feel like home.
The family friendly hotels in Kuala Lumpur generally possess four- and five-star ratings, though some mid-range properties also have facilities like family rooms and onsite dining. Airport transfer is offered at many resorts for an extra fee, or families can choose to take the train, bus, or a taxi straight from the airport to the city centre.
