I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. I’d gladly stay here again—highly recommend!

It was a really pleasant stay with great hospitality received from the staffs, the room itself was clean. The only minus point was that the hotel is located right next to a highway, hence it could get a little loud, but the breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious which somehow compensated the noise.

We book 2 rooms for a week. Everything was clean and good. Locstion is perfect the only issue was my parents room was at level 24 and the train sound was kind of annoying at night.

Great staff they were friendly and helpful. The noise from the Metro with rooms with a mountain view was noisy, could be improved with better windows. Also, although there was an extensive range of food, a great range for breakfast, it was cold and also cuttlery should be replaced when taking away used plates. The hotel location was great with a metro station nearby. All staff were excellent as they are very polite and helpful. The Intermark mall location is great for shopping for both food and general shopping. Overall would recommend hotel.

Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.
