I would live here if I could. The care and attention put into every aspect of this place made my visit so magical. The property has melded Kuala Lumpur’s culture with chic precision. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy every need or desire. Food was incredible with a superb variety and venues. The pool feels like you’re swimming through the city, and very refreshing after a day on the streets of KL. I highly recommend a room with a view of the petronas towers. The location couldn’t be beat either- KLCC park and the towers with all the shopping malls are one street over. Everything was impeccable.

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are so big, with great city view and if you are above level 8 you can see the Petronas Tower from your room. The breakfast food is the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The Staff are so great! The best receptionist was named MAS. She was such a lovely person! We will definitely come back. Great location - easy walk to the Pavilion Mall.

Hotel location is very good, walking distance to Pavilion KL (about 5 mins along the road) any KLCC (about 15 mins along road and tunnel) malls. Grab is convenient and affordable but waiting times can be long sometimes like 15 or 20 mins. Hotel reception is friendly and helpful. We were greeted with refreshing drinks upon checkin. The lobby smells good with aromatherapy. The hotel rooms we booked were deluxe twin. It’s spacious with a day bed by the windows. The bathroom comes with two separate wash basins, the shower area has rain shower and bathtub. The WC is in its own corner. Buffet breakfast is included. The spread is pretty good with Nasi Lemak, curry chicken or Rendang, fried noodles, porridge and condiments, fried sausages, ham, eggs, beans, noodles station, salad station, fruits and desserts stations, etc. The infinity pool is located on the 6th floor with views of KLCC tower which looks amazing at night.
