She didn't hesitate to find rooms for our early check-in, knowing that we had traveled a long way and were exhausted. The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to everything, including coffee shops, restaurants, and other attractions, all within walking distance. We also felt very safe walking around the area at night. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional customer service we received from Mary. She made our stay even more enjoyable."
