What a beautiful property! The staff is amazing! The hospitality exceeds expectations and everyone is so helpful and welcoming at all times. Great location. Great location connected to Pavillion Shopping Mall with a plethora of dining and shopping options. Also within walking distance to the MRT Bukit Bintang station, where the Kajang Line provides useful connections to suburban malls like One Utama Mall and the KL Monorail station for a direct connection to KL Sentral. Wifi is stable and ultra fast - no problems supporting video streaming and video conference. Breakfast options were plentiful and interesting, but the executive lounge options were less exciting. Overall highly recommend the hotel for its convenient location and wonderful service and facilities, but wish they would improve on the range of dining options provided in the executive lounge!

Pavilion hotel, KL

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Pavilion. The room was clean, spacious, and the service was excellent. We will stay here again!
