The room was spacious, the buffet was limited but staff in the buffet was helpful and very nice, location was ok, lobby is very tight space. Needs improvements. Housekeeping services was ok and very time we needs something they respond quickly, I wil not comback needs to explore different hotels.

Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.

We had excellent service from Faith at breakfast and Sirajudeen from housekeeping. The free shuttle to a few attractions and proximity to the metro was great.
Unfortunately the elevators take forever especially during breakfast. We also did not like the breakfast food .
