His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was perfection, and his personal touch really elevated the evening. Another huge thank-you to Hazem from guest services — his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. And I can’t forget Safy from the photography team. Although there was a scheduling conflict that initially left me a bit frustrated, Safy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She completely turned the situation around and made the experience enjoyable and memorable — a true testament to top-notch service recovery. The service was exceptional. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The facilities are exceptional and so much choice from different restaurants to different pools and a beautiful beach area. The spa facilities are fantastic. Far exceeded my expectations.
