Everyone was really great hotel was beautiful

What a great hotel! 20 min walk to the main action in Tulum. The jungle suite was spacious, and the private dip pool was hard to beat. The service and staff are great. I’d stay again. I’d otherwise give 5 stars, but the staff gives mixed messages about how the Expedia credit works. It lead to the on site (but unaffiliated!) Fara Fara restaurant staff lying to us and telling us that they were included in the credit multiple time up until the moment the bill came. I needlessly spent money at that restaurant, starting my vacation off on a bad note. The hotel could be better about explaining what qualifies for the credit AND ensuring that unaffiliated restaurants do not lie to guests to scam them out of money. The hotel will not refund you for this, only keep open the existing unused credit for their affiliated services.

Beautiful property, rooms and atmosphere. Food was excellent and staff were the best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great! Hotel was a little dated but that didn’t effect us since we were never at our hotel room. Views from terrace was magnificent and beds are comfortable.
