"Great, central location. Lovely, clean, fresh smelling lobby area. Clean room with good amenities inside. My only complaint, which is a significant one, is the room was far far too hot even with the bathroom window open amd the ac on. The bed was super comfy but was like sleeping in an oven. "

"Stayed 1 night for Theatre visit. Our Room although very small was clean with very comfortable beds, modern decor, Bathroom clean very smart excellent showerwith hot water. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, plus full English, all was self serviceexcept Tea and Coffee brought to you. The road is quiet, sometime in London there is noise all night, deliveries, sirens etc but not here. Staff helpfull, stored luggage as arrived early as went straight out. Timed the walk to Paddington Station, 3 minutes andl am elderly! After booking read some bad reviews but we were very happy for the price we paid. "
