"Great location. Clean. Close to buses and the underground. Close to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Went with my 2 daughters. Great to be together in one apartment vs 2 hotel rooms. "

"My first solo hotel visit since the death of my husband was an important and rather frightening event. Everyonr at the Columbia made me feel welcome and treasured. Lovely room, friendly and efficient staff. I now have a home from home and I shall be back. Thank you"
"We had a wonderful 5-night stay. Our room was a nice size with adequate storage space and a large bathroom. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent as was the staff at the front desk. On our departure day, we used their airport car service for early (before 5 am arrival) at Heathrow. The driver was right on time and nice to talk to. I happily recommend this hotel to others. "
"Doormen - very pleasant and always on duty
Luggage porter - nice and friendly
Front desk - extremely courteous
Concierge- extremely courteous, informative, helpful and friendly
Room/bathroom - everything in the room/bathroom very comfortable and pleasant, very clean, of course the room could have been little wider and more drawers in the closet especially for longer stay
Some communication issue between front desk and room cleaning staff. We requested blanket instead of duvet but wasn’t changed to blanket. The number of tea, coffee etc. was not the same every day, some days not enough of one type of tea, or not enough coffee and milk, but if we called to request it was delivers very quickly.
We will definitely go back to this hotel.
Thank you "
