"I arrived early but they made storing my luggage incredibly easy. The room was comfortable but it was obviously not meant for people with mobility issues and the bathroom was definitely tricky. I did think that a larger person would have trouble navigating it so do consider that when asking for a room. But the bed was comfortable and I got a good night of rest. "

"The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. "We throughly enjoyed our stay. Evidently the hotel is New New, everything is perfect. Even the carpets smelt New. We stayed in a 6 berth, 2 double bunks and a single set of bunk beds, which for 5 of us was perfect. The room itself was large with plenty of space. The accessible shower/WC provided plenty of space. I would urge the management to keep a close eye on the fixtures of the metal bed frames, with frequent use these will become loose and the bed frames will squeak!! The provision of USB both A and C by the side of every bed is a cracking idea. The shelf with the coffee machine could be a little larger, as the machine has to sit sideways! The free water cartons and coffee facilities were a nice touch. My wife made use of the provided hair dryer. Perfectly located near to Earls Court tube station. Some other hotel chains could learn a thing or two regarding the bunk beds for larger family groups without the need to purchase 2 rooms with an adjoining door. We would definitely consider staying again when the time comes."
