"The staff were welcoming and friendly, made check in and check out very simple. The room was very comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. Ideal location for our stay. We will return. "

"I arrived early but they made storing my luggage incredibly easy. The room was comfortable but it was obviously not meant for people with mobility issues and the bathroom was definitely tricky. I did think that a larger person would have trouble navigating it so do consider that when asking for a room. But the bed was comfortable and I got a good night of rest. "

"The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of both hot and cold dishes."
