"Property itself was nice but dated. Looks like they completed a make over but failed to add additional charging outlets in the rooms. The electrical outlet that were located were being used by lamps. outlets and switches were either falling apart or simply broken. Property did not have a children's swimming pool area per sea. It's an older property but very well maintained. Food was to be desired I would give the food a poor rating with very limited choices to make despite it being a buffet style. Staff was friendly and helpful."

Special thanks to: Miguel at La Hacienda as he went above and beyond to bring our son peanut butter every day at breakfast. Every morning he gave us a big friendly smile. He truly is an asset to the hotel!!! Israel at Family Selection for asking what he could do to make our holiday even better and offering additional perks.
