"Very little staff for such a large property. Check in is mostly electronic. No one was at front entrance controlling cars, taxis, ubers coming in. Our room never got cleaned during our three night stay. Location was fine to easily walk to other items on the strip. AC in the room cooled great for sleeping. Did not eat anything except ice cream on this property. No appeal in that area."

"Drug activity was open and obvious throughout the property dealers and users visible in common areas with no intervention from management. When we raised concerns, the response from the front office was silence. We were eventually told to leave for being “too loud,” while the actual criminal activity on the premises went completely ignored. The drug use made us anxious. When we attempted to resolve the situation and secure a refund for the deposit and five unused nights, the front desk refused to answer the phone and refused to engage with Hotels.com on our behalf. We had no choice but to reverse the charges through our credit card company. Hotels.com should remove this property from their platform immediately. This is not a hotel, it’s a poorly managed operation that puts guests at risk and hides behind non-communication when held accountable. Stay far away."

"There are a few novelty shops nearby and a Walgreens. The best part was the live music stations and bars. Fun area. Felt safe with police presence "

"The bed wasn’t as comfortable, no atm on site, market was extremely overpriced."

"The carpet in my room was wet in spots and it smelled musky and there was a strong carpet cleaning chemical smelll. The floor in the toilet room was tacky kinda gross"
