"An excellent location when catching an early morning flight, especially international flights from terminal 2. Clean, comfortable and modestly priced for an in-airport location."

"We have nothing to complain about this hotel. Clean and nice rooms, free breakfast with great selections, open cafe and tea whole day, socialization on select days with free snacks. The hotel is always clean and smells great, even the hallways. They even wash the couches in the lobby area. The greatest was the staff, from reception to the breakfast area. They are so kind. Special shoutout to the breakfast ladies, Navjot and Sendra. These two are very courteous, kind, and thoughtful. They always greet with smiles on their faces every morning, and they would take time to talk to you and ask about your stay. They made our stay more pleasing. This hotel is close to the airport and would take an hour to go to downtown London if you will take the train/bus. If you're a downtown kind of person, this may not be for you. We don't mind staying here though because the bus and train were accessible, and we rented a car for a couple of days. We will stay at Staybridge again and again when we go back to London. "

"It was very good. Great location as it was easy just heading to check in the next morning. Staff friendly, clean room a little on the small side with 4 cases but we managed. We have no real complaints at all. Would happily stay again "

"Caught the Pod here as a novel experience to start our holiday. Literally took ten minutes and quicker/cheaper and more fun than a bus or taxi. Staff manning check in desk were amazing and friendly. Room itself was more than adequate for my needs. Bed and pillow were also great. Quiet night and no noise from aircraft, only guests walking up and down corridors. Nothing to be done about that as I probably did the same to someone else the next morning. Breakfast the next day was a buffet to help yourself from. Followed by another pod to the terminal. Great comfortable stay with great links to the airport. Brilliant way to start your holiday "

"Lovely hotel. Very clean and welcoming. The pool was great and breakfast was onenof the best we've ever had. Only improvement would be the kids' bed. The fold out bed was not very stable and dipped in the middle."
