Upon check-in, we requested a room on the opposite side from the pool but we were given a room overlooking the pool. We tried to enter the room and one of the key cards didn't work. When we entered the room, we discovered that one of the two complimentary bottles of water was half full. The telephone didn't work. There were only 2 towels for 3 people. So, because the phone didn't work, we had to make trips to the front desk for towels and water. We never did get replacement water. There are signs in the room that say "don't drink the water" but then you have to buy bottled water after the first 2 complimentary ones! The property provides in-room coffee but no cups in the room and no potable water with which to prepare it! They do have a water dispenser in the lobby so if you stay, bring a water bottle! The second day, the housekeepers took all of the towels, including 1 clean one, but replaced them with only 2 instead of 3 towels. EVERY day we stayed, we had to get our room keys reprogrammed. We had very long days and instead of being able to get into the room, we made another trip to the front desk for key reprogramming! The upside is 2 for 1 Happy Hour. In spite of the issues with the property, all of the staff were very friendly.
