"The staff were lovely. As it was our anniversary, we were given a beautiful room overlooking the water tower and the lake. The room was exceptional - the bath tub, huge! The hotel itself was within walking distance to almost everywhere - the lake, the river, the magnificent mile. There were cafes and restaurants very close by. We had a fantastic time in Chicago because of this! "

"Great option instead of hotel. We liked the pool area. There is a coffee shop right next door. Grocery store just a couple blocks away. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Parking was inexpensive nearby. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. "

"Great hotel, large pool - although I wish it was a bit warmer for my liking. The hot sauna though was a nice addition ( there is no hut tub in the pool area). Large gym was also great- unbelievable views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier! "
