Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile
10/10 Excellent
"It's a beautiful and safe family space, while great for business, and we had both. Great location for dining, sightseeing, & business. The breakfast made life easier. Not being simply a carb load continental, but rather a nutritious hot protein breakfast was greatly appreciated by entire group. Restaurant provided excellent room service meals as well.

"The staff were very friendly and had great food and activity recommendations. Facility was clean. Walking distance to downtown, Navy Pier, Millennium Park. Highly recommend this hotel. "
"Room: Bed and living spaces were great. The coffee was awful, worst ever. The mini bar and snack items in-room were ridiculously over priced. The Bathroom had a lot of wasted space. The shower was tiny and the small bathtub is unnecessary and not useful. Restaurants: Jordan’s is one of our favorites, love it! The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. It was barely more than a continental breakfast. Casa Chi food was really good but extremely overpriced for the quantity. Area: the best area to stay downtown. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Overall, a nice place but could use some refinements."
"What a great hotel -selected from many close to my conference at the Hyatt. It was also walking distance (1.2 miles) from Union Station (Amtrak). Hotel check-in and check-out is seamless -all done at central kiosk. Hotel staff ever-present to assist. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Every room control (blinds-curtains-climate-TV) accessed by room iPad or cell phone app. Eco friendly -no single use disposables. Hotel nearby to so many dining options and entertainment. Loved the friendly and helpful staff -I would stay here again! "
"A lot of people were getting into their rooms before us. When my husband asked the front desk several times they seemed uncaring. He started to get upset and then they gave us a river view. It would have been nice to have been treated well without having to get upset first"
"It was amazing to stay at this pleasant, vintage-style hotel. It was a family vacation tour, and the location is excellent, as most attractions are either within walking distance or a $10-15 minute Uber ride away. They had a great Breakfast, but only from 6:30-9:30."
