"Our stay was very nice. The hotel is only about a 5 minute drive from the downtown area. The service staff were so very friendly. The room was very clean and everything in the room was set in place very nicely. The cleaning staff gave us fresh towels each day, even though we did not need them. They did really amazing cleaning up and keeping everything neat. The parking lot was actually very clean as well. There was only one aspect of it that was not so savory. "The Hotel is quite interesting in it's layout. Having artwork available was refreshing. The building itself needs updating: carpets/walls etc. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. We had a great breakfast at the Metropole ( connected ) and would eat there again. The parking was very inconvenient and expensive. I would not do that again"
