A representative told me I was “lucky” to have received my paid late checkout because “they don’t do that for people.” As a Latina guest, this comment felt insensitive and unprofessional. Words matter, and staff should be trained in customer service, sensitivity, and bias awareness. The manager apologized, but no resolution or reassurance was offered. This interaction negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel."

"The staff was awesome! Breakfast should be from 6:30 am all the individual left to See the parade by 6 and not even coffee was made. The room was clean I just think the couch in our room was out dated and dirty! The furniture in the lobby was so dirty people who were waiting were all talking about how nasty it was. Corporate needs to visit. "
