"I have left a bad review about this hotel in the past and the manager responded and said they hope to get another chance, I was traveling back from Cabo to Ottawa. I needed to spend the night before an early flight. I booked two rooms for my family of six to give this hotel another try and I have to say, if I could take away the negative review, I would. The Hotel is obviously very nice, renovated, comfortable and very clean but it is the staff that I had previously complained about and I wish I could take it all back. The front desk staff, especially Corliss, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable last week after there was some confusion with some special requests in the reservation done through Hotels.com. I am so appreciative of Corliss helping us out. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will be staying there at least twice a year and getting two rooms each time for my family of six. Oh, and the breakfast is great as well."

"I liked the air conditioner but I couldn’t stop it from getting too cold. I kinda got cold. I didn’t like that I arrived too late for food. I really wanted the restaurant but I was late. I had breakfast twice. "
