"Good service: clean and pleasant."

"Our room was dirty when we checked in. Bathroom floors were not cleaned and hair all over. Cabinets were not cleaned out and were filthy along with the fridge. Called 3 times for housekeeping to come up before we finally asked them to move us. Asked for a manger to call us 3 times and they never did. They gave us a credit but not enough for the aggravation. Furniture in rooms was outdated and lighting in bathroom was terrible. "

"Amazing!!! Apartment was big and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Pools were nice and warm. Kids had lots of fun. Maybe more tubes should be available in lazy river. Parking was very easy. Packages can be received for guests which was amazing. This is my second stay and I would definitely go again. Its close to everything."

"The staff were so nice, we were able to check in early and the room was pretty spacious for three women who do a lot of shopping with 6 suitcases. It’s in a great area with a short walk to bagel shops, Starbucks, time square, rockefeller center, not to mention that it is next door neighbors with the grand central terminal. Only con is that because it’s by the train station it can get a little scary at night. Other than that it was an amazing stay. "

"It is not luxurious, but good for the price. Outdated, but beds were comfy. No coffee pot in room. Housekeeping came once in 4 days. Staff was nice. "
