"Entered to a room with dirty carpet, hair in the tub, and stained sheets. While they did clean it 2hr later, it should have been done first. Food options after 3pm are really only available at Mandalay Bay or Excalibur. The whole place was run down. From musty smells everywhere, dirty rooms, leaking ceilings, it was just bad. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances."

"We stayed at the Flamingo for 4 nights and never received housekeeping services. Site said the tower rooms were newly renovated. Didn't seem that way at all. Pretty average, old, not real clean etc"

"Room was cleaned well by housekeeping, I didn't need it every day so had my do not disturb on half the time. I didn't use any of the other hotel facilities - breakfast, bar, gym. I had a room on the 7th floor at the front so it was a bit noisy, but not a huge issue."

"They saw me walking with a walker and brought me a wheelchair. They pushed me to the desk and all around. They also came to take me to check out and to the bus to take me to the airport."

"This hotel was close to everything and being part of Grand Central Station, it was easy to get around. The breakfast was way overpriced at 45/per person."
