The staff is fantastic , the restaurant inside the hotel has really good food! Only issue I had with the hotel was the cleanliness of the room, there seemed to had been a dog in my room and the couch and floor and surfaces had dog hair. First off the last time I stayed was not pleased but always loved crown plaza so I thought why not. Absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was so sweet and let me check in a hour early. Went to Louisville game with my wife came back and went to bar and our bartender was a one of a kind. She was covered up but she took top care of everyone there. Also made a helluva old fashioned. After this trip will not stay anywhere else.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a co nference so much of my time was arranged by that. On first impression it looks super and the conference room we used was very well lit, comfortable, and thering staff wer e very pleasant. The dinners were pretty "blah" but that was up to the people from the conference in part. Mi was unable to secure a room
