Came down for FDIC and the hotel was beautiful! Blew my fiancé away with the valet parking and the room! Would stay here again if the opportunity arises!!

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Indy. Right across the street from the Gainbridge field house and it’s a good view. Other than that nothing is really great about this hotel. The rooms are small, the staff made a point that the pool was heated and it was not. The elevators were very squeaky and shaky. Overall I would say only book this hotel if you are planning to attend a game at Gainbridge field house or you are going to the bars that are within walking distance otherwise it is very overpriced.

Sheets were dirty upon folding over comforter to sleep( some hairs and weird smears). We also had housekeeping knock on our door at 9am waking up our children…not sure what the purpose was as they apologized right away. The pool could use a cleaning as there was some hair in water. Front desk was awesome and very accommodating as we were traveling with special needs children! Would definitely stay again minus the opening interruption.

We had a a check in time of 3pm but rooms were still being cleaned we were not allowed to check in until after 9pm. The staff was overwhelmed and not equipped to handle the crowd on a Saturday.
