"The hotel is extremely nice! Great food, friendly staff, even the breakfast crew is amazing. The pool is a little on the shallow side, but is nice and warm, so I didn’t mind so much. I think if there was any caution I’d have, would be if you get a city view room, the room is not sound proof, so you hear all the commotion going on at night down below. The view of the Pacers stadium was neat though. All in all it was a great stay though, and I’d totally come back!"

We were on the 8th floor so walking up was less than desirable. Dd needed to use the restroom. Lobby restrooms were locked. "Absolutely loved the Valet, especially when checking in with kids! Check-in, or rather the room assignment process (we had two rooms) was very inefficient. Upon arrival at 3:40pm, we were told only one room was ready and we would be contacted when the second room was ready. When the second room was assigned- it was on opposite ends of the floor.
