"Everybody was very nice and helpful "

"Nice, clean and quiet. We stayed two nights for mid states swim championship. The only issue that we had was the room not being ready at 3 pm for check in that caused a problem for our hectic schedule. But the manager reached out to me himself and offered a discount on the room. I wasn’t even planning to ask for it. It was very nice of him to reach out to me. Overall this place is very well taken care of and staff is friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"The property and staff were excellent. However, the weekend breakfast begins at 7 am. There were multiple events that started before 7 so guest were not able to enjoy the weekend breakfast. It would be helpful to the guest is the breakfast hours were the same as week day so they could enjoy the breakfast."

"We were there just one night. Everything in our room was clean and the staff was very nice throughout the hotel. But be aware about the parking if you purchase your parking ahead of time, they will still try to charge you."

"The staff were all exceptional and friendly. The room HVAC system wasn’t working properly. The front desk provided extra blankets and maintenance was prompt and resolved the issue. "

"Yes, I know it’s New Year’s Eve, but was woken up multiple times by a group next to me. The staff did what they could to make it right (and even comped my ridiculous parking fee), but I left the place at 5:30a since there was no way I could get back to sleep. The facility is nice but the rooms’ walls are paper thin. "

"Complimentary Breakfast was not offered, so no review left. Heavy Street Construction around hotel, but not their fault. Valet/Parking very expensive, but this is more for the entire downtown area, not just the hotel."
