Some elements were nice, some were a bit tired. Lots of space in our room and the bed was comfortable. It was quite which we appreciate, maybe because guests have to sign an agreement that they won’t party? 😆 Lots of breakfast food but not many healthy options. A lot of chocolate sauce, m&ms and chocolate chip type things. Unfortunately our tub was dirty and had to wash it before using it, lots of hair and soap bar crumbs.

Outdated and traffic noise. Bathrooms need repairs and better shower equipment like heads, spout and attention to loose shower knobs and wear. Caulking the gaps, looks terrible. Bed was aged. Breakfast average, greasy kielbasa and french toast sticks were inedible sweet grease sticks.

The traffic was horrible and congested. Nothing in walking distance. I stay on Staten Island again. I would rather stay a faraway. Most likely stay in New Jersey instead.

We are in Staten Island for a family wake and funeral. We arrived early as traffic was lighter than expected. We were told we would have to pay $25 to check in early. Outrageous!!! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that made such a disgusting demand. I will NEVER stay on any if your properties again and will be sure friends and family know why. Shame on you. We weren’t starting our vacation, we were burying our sister.
