"Nice area "

"I was not looking forward to this trip because I thought it would be Vegas on steroids. I loved it! Hotel was great although they gave us a nice upgrade. Loved Laguna on the property for drinks at night. Very helpful organizing day trips, go to global village (overwhelming), miracle garden, desert safari, Pierchic for dinner, took helicopter tour from nearby Atlantis. "

"The property theme was perfect for relaxing but the issue is some cabinets were broken and lose 3 lights were burnet , the electricity went off 2 times which is really not pretty for what i paid. Told the receptionist and didn’t feel that they were willing to offer something back. "

"Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros...

"The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedroom was very spacious, we were given an upgrade to sea view on check in. All staff were very welcoming and attentive and went out of their way to greet us. The pool staff went out of their way every morning to greet USA’s soon as we arrived at the au beds. "We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."
