Room was good. Staff was above average and client relationship manager Victoria was very caring and helpful.
During December activities are extremely limited but we still enjoyed the food.
Very clea. The staff are excellent. I am coming backwith my family next year. Already booked..

We liked our stay, but there were a few things that had I known I would not have booked. The first one is the location is quite remote. Although they have a lot of services and upgrades they are far more expensive than we found in other parts of Antalya (40 euro for a small sunscreen). There was also no air conditioning in the property and we had to be moved to a room that didn’t face the afternoon sun. We were told the system was awaiting repair, but also noticed this had been a common theme in older reviews.
Staff were friendly and kind.
Great hotel, has all the facilities you need. Lots of food options. Staff is extra attentive to the point of annoyance. Rooms start showing signs of wear but nothing too serious. The sound insulation could be a bit better.
Service is terrible, no one speaks English, everyone is moody and not willing to help, on top of that number of staff is far from enough for resort if this size. Guests need to wander around for 10-15 min to find someone to help them or ask a question, and the probability of them understanding you is 1%, because they don’t even know words such as “glass of water”.
The resort amentities are ok. But the rooms smell terrible and super outdated. Water in the bathroom rarely gets warm and some of the days was brown/ yellow colour as on the pictures below.
AC was not properly working anywhere
And dance area didn’t have any fan with water can cool you down.

It was not worth the money. They seemed to be understaffed and everything took a long time to get done. The service was not really up to the standard what I thought I was paying for.

Serious Concern – Possible Scam Between Hotel Doctor and Hospital
During our stay at Spice Hotel, my wife had mild stomach pain, so we visited the hotel’s doctor. Shockingly, he didn’t examine her at all. He simply said she needed to go to a hospital and called a vehicle, which turned out to be a bus picking up people from other hotels before finally reaching a nearby hospital “Anatolia hospital”.
At the hospital, we were told to pay €450 upfront before a doctor could see her: €200 for the hotel doctor (who did nothing), €180 for the hospital doctor, and €70 for transport. This immediately felt like a coordinated scam. We refused further treatment, paid only €150 for the so-called hotel doctor and €35 for transport, then went to a local pharmacy. The pharmacist examined her properly, said it was a simple issue, and prescribed medicine costing just €3—she recovered completely.
This experience was extremely disappointing and raises serious doubts about the honesty of the hotel’s medical service. I strongly suspect a partnership between the hotel’s doctor and the hospital to overcharge guests. Travelers should avoid the hotel’s doctor and seek medical help directly from a real clinic or pharmacy.
There are many more details about this incident that I cannot include here due to character limitations, but I truly hope the hotel management investigates this unethical practice.
⭐ 1 out of 5 stars
There's so much I want to say and give more detail there just isnt enough characters.
Our stay at Spice Hotel and Spa was extremely stressful. On arrival, our room was dirty, furniture old and broken, walls peeling, and the toilet flush broken. On the first night, we found a bug on my sister’s pillow that bit her hand. Staff refused to identify it, and we later discovered it was head lice. Despite this, we were not moved, and guest services failed to act.
Housekeeping was unprofessional, sometimes ignoring requests, laughing at us, or walking away. I was reduced to tears before a manager finally intervened, and only then did the head of housekeeping take the matter seriously.
Communication with staff was very poor. Simple requests like water or towels were often ignored, and basic questions about entertainment could not be answered. While the pool, beach, and some waiters were fine, the lack of professionalism, repeated dismissals, and failure to address hygiene issues made this the worst hotel experience I have had.
This hotel is not five-star, and I would never return

My husband fell down when he wanted to step out the shower and since there was no handle to hold he has a broken arm now .
Very bad, not even close for what you show in your add and offers. Very disappointed leave early not even stay all days what I pay for, try to change room or ask for some refound, no any response.
Really really bad. The rooms are not hygienic they clean per 3 days. The rooms smells not good. The music is from 90’ the food they use the same when its over. The service is really bad , I waited 5 hours for toilet paper and asked a new towel and his answer was we have so many rooms if everyone ask new one how can we wash these every day. I paid 600 for 5 days but its not 100 eu worth. Only thing wat was good is the location it was close to oludeniz and hisarönü. NEVER AGAIN.
The hotel is far from how it looks on the pictures. And half of the resort was not opened for the season. No information before the stay.
The hotel has been nice at some point but is now worn down. The rooms had paper thin walls making it very loud, and difficult to sleep.
The room was warm and air bad, and the AC would not work when we asked them to fix it they said that they can’t do anything because they won’t turn on the cooling for another couple of weeks.
Service is terrible and the staff is arguing with each other. Does not seem to like working there. Staff-manager comes and sit at the table next to us and starts chain smoking during dinner.
Huge offering at the buffet but very little variation from day to day.
Everything not included in the package is very expensive.
