We stayed at the hotel with 2 children and loved the easy access to the beach and water slides. The entertainment team was superb and we never got bored (even though it rained for 2 whole days). The check-in/out and dining was 5-star too. The only thing we didn’t like was the on-site photography studio taking pictures of the kids without our consent and then displaying them in the shop. But when asked to remove and delete the photos they did.

Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team.

The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best.

L’hôtel est bien, la nourriture est assez varié, petite point négatif pour le service de chambres, je pense qu’ils font le strict minimum en nettoyage, on s’est retrouver à devoir chercher du papier toilette depuis les toilettes public car ils ne remplacent pas nos rouleaux vides Les chambres ne sont pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, c’est au niveau d’un bon hôtel français sans étoiles On s’est taper les travaux de l’hôtel d’en face tous les matins

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das reichhaltige Essen und die hervorragende Animation – gerade für Kinder und Familien wurde viel geboten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer wurden zwar neu aufbereitet, jedoch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Hier gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – für Familien auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Es war eine tolle Zeit, der Service in dem Hotel war Grandöse! Für Kinder gibt is im Miniklub ausreichen und wechselnde Unterhaltungen und Aktivitäten. Meine Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit das Abenprogramm war auch immer spitze und Abwechslungs reich . Ich war das zweite mal mit meinen Kindern da und empfehle es weiter für alle Familien.

Très bon séjour à part que nous avons été malade. Le personnel super à l'écoute et nous ont bien dépanné sur plusieurs points. Buffet pas mal mais c'est vrai qu'au bout d'une semaine c'est un peu toujours la même chose. Très bon. Le café et le jus d'orange au buffet est vraiment pas bon. Mais sinon ravie du séjour.

Patates kızartması ve çorba.

Çalışanlar çok iyi, hizmet konusunda hiçbir problem yok oldukça iyi, temizlik mükemmel çünkü çalışanlar iyi. Fakat yataklar rahatsız. Yemekler gerçekten kötü ve kalitesiz. Pide, lahmacun ve pizzalar dondurulmuş gıda ürünleri, sıcak yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. Diğer yemekler (ızgaralar dahil) önden ısıtılmış olarak servis ediliyor. Taze pişmiş birşey yeme şansınız yok. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Yumurtalar bile soğuk, tost dışında anlık olarak pişirilen birşey yok. Akşam yemeğinde çıkan tatlılar bile otelde ziyan olmasın diye, cafeteryada servis ediyorlar. Hiçbirşeyi ziyan etmeyen, çevre dostu, tam bir geri dönüşüm oteli. 8 günlük tatilimiz boyunca, Yemek konusunda başka bir otelin önceki günden kalan yemeklerini buzdolabından çıkartıp bize veriyorlar diye düşündük. Tazesini kim yedi bunların bilmiyoruz? Bir sigara böreği canı çıkartılana kadar bir kaç kez kızartılarak bambu çubuğuna çevrilmiş. Genel olarak çorba, patates kızartması ve ısıtılmış ızgaralar dışında birşey yiyemedik. Sucuklar fosforlu pembe, börekler cam gibi parlak. Benim evimdeki camlar böyle parlamıyor. Heleki mor ışıklı cafeteryada bir görün. Yemek ve yatak konusunda bir beklentiniz yoksa gerisi mükemmel. Deniz ayağınızın dibinde. Su parkları çocuklar için oldukça eylenceli, havuzları güzel. Şezlonglar rahat ve kaliteli.
