Beautiful area, wonderful beach and all the staff was exceptional - helpful and happy !! Would be nice if there was a ramp or deck at the beach to assist getting into the water We had a fantastic time - a great beach vacation !! The main restaurant had an amazing selection of buffet items - excellent and delicious

This is a good hotel, good rooms. Very warm atmosphere in the hotel, wonderful animation. A new hotel is being built nearby and the beach is very noisy from the construction. Also, there were excavators and workers on the beach, which distracted a little from the rest.

The Resort is really nice, meals are good and many pools outside. Our room was ok, not great but also not bad. Walking outside is bad. The next market is a bit far to walk.

Lovely resort, Lagoon position wit access to a pool was brilliant. Amazingly no trouble getting sunbeds when we wanted them which was a real surprise! Only downside was using 'app' to book ala carte restaurants and sports facilities which was sometimes a challenge before becoming unavailable.

Food quality and choice is absolutely overwhelming. There's only 3 hours out of 24 where there's no food available at any place. The club offers countless activities, lessons, surprises etc. If you think it's boring at Masmavi then I believe nobody can help you. The interior of the rooms is not latest style, but it's kept in a good condition. Air condition can be set to a certain degree and works well.

As an all inclusive resort I enjoyed the stay i had no major issues what so ever check in check out was super fast food they had almost everything the resort was full of tourists from almost every corner of Europe. I would stay again no doubt nice entertainment program. Only downside is coffee beans used for the available machines at the resort didn’t suit my test very minor issue.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and, admittedly, we can be a little picky when it comes to hotels – we know what we like and we don’t settle easily. That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh with loads of options. It’s rare we find a place that checks all our boxes, but this one absolutely did.

Hi, went for this hotel because of its «excellent» rating, great reviews and a reasonable price compared to other hotels but were a bit disappointed. The hotel is good but in reality it’s a 3 star plus, the room looked smaller and more outdated compared to the photos and the all inclusive system is quite limited and doesn’t not include such things like classic cocktails (ie margarita or tequila sunrise), steak house and wine house, certain beds on the beach etc - which all felt like a bit of letdown. Propose they call it « most inclusive » or «all inclusive BUT… ». The food was fairy good and enough of choice for us, the beach and the sea were nice and all in all I can recommend the place but set realistic expectations before you go.

Friendly Staff, clean rooms , great amenities and lastly but most importantly great food and a lot of selections. The only thing I would criticize is the quality of the beds . Beds need replacing . And pillow selection would be good because pillows are also needs replacing. Overall I am pleased my stay and I would return back soon.

The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!
