"Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe. "

"Sadly a good room was spoilt by a blocked drain in the bathroom. Any water from shower or bath would not drain away. Restaurant service was exceptionally slow. One hour between each course. Food itself was excellent. The restaurant lacked any ambiance or atmosphere. Breakfast a little below par for a four star Cavendish experience. The staff themselves could not be more helpful. "

"Conveniently located, service was excellent, however the room we stayed in needs and upgrade, old furniture, fabric shower curtain, noisy air conditioning, bathroom extremely hot with no extractor fan. Lovely breakfast and meal in the Indian restaurant."
