"Staff was very nice and accommodating. I was disappointed to see the room in the state it was in - had nothing to do with cleanliness but with upkeep. One of the lampshades was busted in several places, tons of cracked tiles in the bathroom floor, stains on the couch. I had never stayed at an Omni property before and was expecting so much more in terms of quality. "
