When I contacted the hotel to tell them me and my dog were attacked by a two off leash dogs; a Doberman and a Pitbull, I was given no sympathy. They had no intention to accommodate me arriving late because I had to take my dog to the vet and file police reports. The front desk was so rude that I decided to loose my deposit and not even show up.
