The front desk staff was friendly. Booked 3 rooms but 2 were not ready when we arrived after 3 pm. Not a huge issue but after long flight was a bit tiring. Not even offered any compensation (drink, etc). Traveling with 2 families with kids, rooms on 3 different floors AND had to use a different elevator for each of the floors. All rooms booked together so was hoping (and asked) for same floor or adjoining. Did not receive. Pool lounges not maintained in that every lounge had a towel crumpled on it but no person. Should have some sort of limit on how long or how far you can be away from your chair. Not able to find anywhere to sit in the massive pool complex. Lunch pool side is extremely expensive ($450 for 8 people eating sandwiches and 4 drinks). Waiter was extremely friendly but then they wouldn’t allow us to sit 8 at a table. Had 6 and a 2 top. Moments later a stole of 16 people sat down. Different rules for different people I guess. Overall place was clean enough but too much of a scene and too expensive for what you get and location.
