"Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji! Room was nice and clean. Onsen was clean and empty when we were there. Service is excellent . Our personal server for dinner and breakfast, Nakamura San was the best! Kawaii! Delicious meals. Overall a memorable experience!"

"The highlight for staying in this place would surely be the view of Mt Fuji. We had a Japanese room with futon beds. Not for those with knee issues, better get a room with proper bed. Restaurants are not open for lunch so will have to take shuttle bus to town for meals. Set meals for dinner, quality is good but expensive. "

"Great place to stay in Mount Fuji area. Our room was 302 with direct views to Mount Fuji. The room was huge with 3 beds an bathroom but no wardrobe. The place has amazing public baths with indoor and outdoor areas. Staff are really kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on site but didn’t try it. Didn’t have breakfast included either son can’t comment. There is plenty of car spaces. There is a Daison next door, couple conbinis and restaurants nearby. Great location to explote the area.
