"Amazing location, super friendly staff, and very fun to BBQ on the deck on our last night :)"

"Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown."

"Very nice"

"We loved our stay! We’re from out of town, so being able to glamp with the needed tools to cook was such a fun experience. It’s also a good location to do activities at Mt. Fuji and the nearby lakes. Not all staff spoke English, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. Despite this, they were all very professional and helpful. One thing to note, it is in the nature so there are bugs and leaf that got in the room. Bring bug spray!"

"Great stay at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono! The onsen was exactly what we needed after a day of hiking and the meals were incredible. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was so friendly and the villa is soooooooo nice. "

"Incredible view of Mt Fuji and lovely Onsen experience. The staff was super helpful too."

"Everything is good ! Love it!"

"Amazing Mt. Fuji view! Nice , modern interior. Make sure yo have small car, since the local streets are pretty tight."

"It is a nice, clean simple hotel. Staff was helpful and the room was fairly spacious. My complaints are: (1) the breakfast was well below average for a hotel, and (2) the location is, well, in the middle of nowhere."

"全体が非常に綺麗で良かったです。"

"Very lovely staff, spacious room and in a nice spot. Away from lots of the busy areas but still close enough to walk. Really enjoyed our stay in Kawaguchiko, made better by staying at the garden. Great views of Fuji when it’s clear!! Really like the design of the property too No tax addition to price on arrival as well."

"家族で宿泊させていただきました。プールも離れのカラオケやゲームなども本当に大満足で贅沢な一日になりました。 素泊まりで自分たちで食材持ち込みましたが他はなんでも揃っていました。 またぜひ伺いたいなと思いました。ありがとうございました"

"Great location and the room is good."

"It was very friendly and very nice camping. It does take about 2400-2500 yen to get there by Taxi from Kawaguchiko Train"

"Amazing amenities, spacious room, great view"

"清潔感はこの上なくよかった。BBQエリアもプライベートを天気気にせず使えるのがよかった。トイレが少し狭かった。トイレットペーパーが取りづらかった。"

"The hotel was everything it advertised to be!! Although there were clouds the first couple days, when they cleared, we had a perfectly unobstructed view of mt Fuji. It was like looking at a postcard, totally unreal. Our host was above and beyond. His knowledge of local to do’s, food, sights, etc, was great and reliable. We stayed in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Kawaguchiko. Although Kyoto was amazing, nothing could top our accommodations in Kawaguchiko. Do yourself a favor and and stay here. Thx again!!!!"

"Great location and reasonable price but small onsen and Japanese language on breakfast and dinner menu. No English!"

"Nice hotel with friendly staff and tattoofriendly onsen."
