The room was spacious and bright… I would say it was the best room on our entire trip as a family of 4 people. Super clean hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and pleasant to deal with. And a cherry on top - private onsen (also very clean) that can be booked for 30 min for free. We were traveling in March and the front deck of the hotel was not open yet, but I could see what a pleasant place it would be to spend time on a good warm day. Overall - very nice place and I recommend. "

The view is amazing and having it from the onsen was even better. The staff were so nice and kind. They really helped us when our daughter needed medical assistance. Can't thank them enough. "
