"Unique experience, great for a short stay. Private onsen available to book as well as a public onsen. Provides free shuttle to train station, but location is kind of awkward if you are wanting to do shopping. Highly recommend bike rental. Great park right across the street! "

"Perfect place to stay. Its so clean, the staff is friendly, there is free shuttle by the hotel to/from Kawaguchiko station every 10 mins which takes literally 2 mins. Breakfast is included, very close to the kawaguchi lake. Highly recommended."

"Nice views of the mountain but of course weather dependent. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. Onsen was awesome. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel as there are no restaurants nearby. I would plan when and where you have dinner in Kawaguchiko. The place isn’t Tokyo and stuff opens later like 9-10 am and restaurants close at 8 or so. There is one restaurant next door and that’s all for this part of the lake shore. Other hotels have restaurants but they only serve their guests. "

"We did select a room with a Mt Fuji view but i should have selected one with lake view. those are much better. The food was really good (breakfast and diner). Transportation could be improved around the lake (difficult to find a bus after 5pm and taxis are also very sparse)"

"The view at this hotel of Mt Fuji is amazing! It has a shuttle which takes you to the station and from there you can go wherever you want. The hotel is new or looks like new, we enjoy so much the night at the Regina, for sure will recommend it to my family and friends. If I ever return for sure will book it again!"

"The hotel has an amazing location. On a clear day, Mount Fuji can be seen directly from the hotel which has a wonderful observation room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The onsen is also a lovely treat at the end of the day- and spotlessly clean. We love staying here. There is a shuttle service provided to/from the station as the hotel is a little out of town."
