"Very nice"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and a great view of Mount Fuji (san). Good location for everything in the area such as the Ropeway, Fuji-Q and lots of restaurants "

"This was one of the most genuine place we’ve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware it’s a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, it’s a Japanese bath, etc…) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )"

"Traditional hotel with excellent views right next to Lake Kawaguchi. Bike hire available. Very helpful and friendly staff. Onsen available. Breakfast offered for 500yen. Morning shuttle to the station. Western and Japanese beds."
