"The hotel is located next to a nursery, so during the day, you will hear little kids screaming and running around. However, the staff was extremely helpful, everything was clean, very kind people go out of their way to make sure your experience is good. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean, everyone was respectful and helped me arrange the futon bed. This place had a really homey feel which made it just the best experience I could have wanted."

"夏に素泊まりで利用。 洗面、トイレは共同。 ご高齢の方が経営している旅館。 河口湖が目の前で、屋上に行くと富士山が綺麗にみえて、静かで鳥の囀りが聞こえていて、のんびりした時間を過ごせる。 施設の雰囲気は昔ながらの趣のある旅館。 全てセルフで、お湯呑み、ポットなどは廊下の共同スペースに設置してあるので、飲みたい物を飲みたい時に各自取りに行く、お布団も寝たい時に敷くので部屋に出入りされたくない人には最高のスタイル。 しかし、お部屋の網戸は長期間交換していない様に網がズレていた。 暑くてエアコンを入れたら、長年エアコン掃除をしていない様で、ハウスダストアレルギーがある私はくしゃみが止まらなくなった。 お風呂は温泉で、温泉らしい香りはするが、浴槽内には小さい虫が死んでた。 ハウスダストアレルギーがある、虫嫌いな人にはお勧めできない。 "
