The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the lake. We had a room with a Mt Fuji view and a private onsen which was beautiful. The hotel itself is outdated however it has everything you need. The half board dinner was amazing and the staff were lovely! Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are Japanese themed and when is bed time, they put a Japanese bed which is not so comfortable bug what it pays everything is the view to Fuji mountain. Lake Kawaguchi is i front so you can run or walk 4Km to the other side and vie Fuji mirroring in the lake. A breathtaking view. The Japanese bath are very recomended, price-quality ratio is good but the hotel is a little bit old.

Nice staff and employees who are always willing to help. we had a Japanese still room with loft, it is really romantic. And the breakfast and dinner are delicious with various kinds of options.
