"We loved our stay! We’re from out of town, so being able to glamp with the needed tools to cook was such a fun experience. It’s also a good location to do activities at Mt. Fuji and the nearby lakes. Not all staff spoke English, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. Despite this, they were all very professional and helpful. One thing to note, it is in the nature so there are bugs and leaf that got in the room. Bring bug spray!"

The best part of our stay in Japan - our host was incredible and attentive to all our needs, even the smallest things. The room was immaculate and traditional - exactly what we wanted. Our dine-in room experience was very special and filling. Both the private and shared onsen facilities were incredibly clean and offered amazing views of Mount Fuji. Would recommend to anyone after a luxury Ryokan experience.

We had such a wonderful stay at 7c Villa hotel. The staff were incredible — so kind, thoughtful and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made the whole experience feel very special. The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with a great location as well. The food and wine were also fantastic and honestly exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed by the care and quality in everything they do. Would absolutely love to return.

This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful.
