We just enjoyed every single moment of our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a room with mt. Fuji view and the view was AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend this resort and I will for sure stay there once more if I am to visit this area again.

Spacious room with full Mt Fuji View is wonderful. Facilities are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. But the location is quite far away from the station. Transportation only limited to shuttles and taxis. Shuttles provided only with reservations in advance. No restaurants and shopping stores around. The breakfast just so so, mainly Japanese breakfast with a little choices of breads.
