ホテルスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。設備もアメニティ類も揃い、室内も充電ケーブル、ドライヤーなど使いやすい配置になっていると感じました。近くに行った際はまた利用しようと思います。

とても綺麗で良かったです！チェックイン前の荷物預けの点のみ、少し安全性が不安かなと思いましたが、特にトラブルなくりようすることができました。チェックインチェックアウトも簡単で、アメニティも充実しており、ウェルカムドリンクなどのサービスもあって嬉しかったです。

甲府駅バスターミナルから路線バスで１０分弱、北中入口下車徒歩数分。土日でもまあまあの本数があります。チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクはアルコールもあり、ハイボールをいただきました。スタッフが丁寧に対応してくださいました。翌朝７時のバスに乗るため、朝一で朝食をいただきましたが、焼き立ての卵焼きとあさりの味噌汁は最高においしかったです。設備も新しく客室も綺麗でした。

甲府駅からバスで北中（きたちゅう）入口まで8分、220円。駅中心からは離れており、鉄道利用の場合は決して交通の便は良くないものの、スタッフさんがフレンドリーでとても気持ちよく使わせて頂くことができました。また部屋も清潔できれいでした。甲府へおじゃまするときはまた使わせて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

スタッフが親切です。畳部屋でしたが過ごしやすくて快適でした。朝食が美味しかったです。チヂミやおはぎがあって嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。飲食の店舗も多く、目の前にコインランドリー、近くに地元の温泉があり助かりました。
