I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

We loved staying at Hotel Blu. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We even got an upgrade which was wonderful! The gym, swimming pool and sauna were a great addition, really great amenities. Little touches like the flavoured chilled water were very appreciated. The hotel is immaculately clean and perfectly located. Highly recommend.

Great location and amazing views from partial harbour side room. Great food in restaurant although limited in choice. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and ended on street. Limited info and no info the next day or apology or even a morning coffee to say have a good day. We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room. All the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were brand new, roomy and bright. The pool was added bonus. Close to supermarket and about a 20 minute walk to the train for the airport or downtown vancouver. Excellent hotel would highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a great location - an easy walk to the Aquabus over to Granville Island and a fairly direct route to English Bay and then on to Stanley Park.
